Hello , my nabe Is Veronica Way and I currently attend Walden University . I am currently looking for a Preceptor.
I have 18 years of diverse nursing experience , I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking to expand my clinical expertise by pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program. over the course of my career , I have gained a wealth of experience across multiple settings, including 3 years of direct telemetry, 7 years as a float pool nurse and 6 years as a travel nurse. I have had the privilege of working in critical care areas such as the ICU, ER, Maternity and Pediatrics , which has provided me with a strong foundation in acute and complex care management .
Currently, I am working in the ICU, where I continue to build upon my skills in high -acuity care and patient assessment. My diverse background has allowed me to be adaptable , flexible and proficient in managing a variety of patient populations and medical conditions. I am now looking to take the next step in my career to further develop as a Family Nurse Practitioner. My goal is to provide holistic care to patients across the lifespan , and I am eager to work alongside an experienced mentor to enhance my clinical knowledge and skills as I embark on this next phase of my professional journey .
