Grateful to Serve as Your 2026 CAPN President

Hello CAPN Tallahassee friends,

I want to sincerely thank you for the confidence and trust you have placed in me as your 2026 President of the Tallahassee Area Council of Advanced Practice Nurses. It truly means a lot, and I am honored to serve this incredible group of advanced practice nurses.

I may be off to a slightly slow start this year, but in true NP fashion, it is only because life is full and all of us are juggling a hundred things at once. The good news is we are getting things moving, and the first of what I hope will be many dinner meetings is scheduled for next week.

I am also grateful to serve alongside a strong and committed board. Please join me in welcoming:

I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our 2025 President, Jennifer Schnippert, for her leadership and dedication to CAPN. We appreciate the foundation you have helped build.

My goal this year is simple: meaningful education, strong connection, and continued support for one another as advanced practice nurses in our community. I am genuinely excited about what we can accomplish together.
