I am Dr. Ralph Michael Crowther, DNP, NP, and I have proudly called Tallahassee home since 1996, when I moved here to raise my family and enjoy a simpler life. My journey in healthcare began at Tallahassee Community Hospital (now HCA Capital) as a full-time RN for 4 years, then transitioned to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital as a Staff RN, and also worked in other varied healthcare settings. I later earned my BSN in 2016, MSN-FNP in 2018, and a post-master's in PMHNP in 2023. My extensive experience includes over 5 years in correctional medicine, which has given me unique insights into diverse patient populations. Most recently, I completed my DNP in Nursing Practice Leadership from Arkansas State University in December 2024. I am currently an Adjunct faculty member with Herzing University Online Nursing Division.

Having been a dedicated member of CAPN for nearly 10 years, I am now seeking the candidacy to serve as President-elect (2026)/President (2027) term. I am passionate about contributing to the leadership and growth of our organization, and my extensive background and commitment to excellence can help us flourish in the coming years.
