New Officers Elected to Board of Tallahassee Area CAPN

Congratulations to our new President, Karen Myers, ARNP, FNP-BC, and our new Secretary, David Guthrie, DNP, ARNP, ACNP-C, CCRN!  Our Vice-President, Kathleen Wilson, PhD, CPNP, FNP-BC, and Treasurer, Elizabeth Markovich, DNP, FNP-C, will continue in their current roles. Thank you to each of you.

Our Bylaws were revised on October 24, 2013 to smooth the transition of one Board to the next per Article IV, Section 3. It reads as follows: Board Terms: The President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer shall serve a two-year term. The President and Secretary will assume duties of their elected position in the odd years and the Vice President and Treasurer will assume duties of their elected position in the even years. The term of all offices shall begin in the month of January.

Much gratitude and many thanks are extended to our out-going Board members, immediate Past-President, Julia Pallentino, MSN, JD, FNP-BC, FAANP, and immediate past-Secretary, Cyndi Evans, MSN, ARNP-C.  Denise Tucker, PhD, RN, FNP-C, will continue to serve as a Web Manager.
